About InDemand Tools
We built this because we were tired of paying for tools we only needed occasionally.
We built InDemand Tools because we kept paying for tools we only needed occasionally, or wasting time searching for free alternatives that were buried under ads and sign-up walls.
The premise is simple: there are certain tasks — formatting JSON, generating meta tags, counting words, writing content with AI — that professionals do constantly, and they shouldn't require a subscription or an account. So we built a platform where all of those tools live, they're always free, and they always work.
Our Mission
Give time back to people who work on the web. One tool at a time.
We believe access to professional-grade productivity tools shouldn't be gated by how much you're willing to pay. The core toolset here will always be free — no credit card required, no trial period, no paywall after three uses.
What We Build
Four categories of tools, built around real workflows.
SEO Tools
Meta tag generators, keyword density analyzers, AI-powered meta description writers. The on-page stuff that matters, without an enterprise platform subscription.
Writing Tools
Word counters, character counters, reading time calculators, case converters. The small utilities that writers and editors reach for constantly.
AI Content Tools
Google Gemini-powered content writers and meta generators. Write full blog posts, emails, and ad copy from a prompt. No API key required.
Developer Tools
JSON formatters, validators, minifiers, Base64 encoders and decoders. Everything runs in your browser — your data never hits our servers.
Why Are the Tools Free?
Honest answer: we run unobtrusive ads through Google AdSense. When you use a tool, you'll see a small number of ads on the page. They never appear inside tool output, never redirect you, never pop up over what you're trying to do. Those ads pay for the servers and development time. You get the tools free. That's the deal, and we think it's a fair one.
Who Builds This?
InDemand Tools is built and maintained by a small team of developers and marketers who use these tools themselves every day. We're not a corporation — we're people who were frustrated with the existing landscape of "free" tools that weren't actually free.
Every tool is designed, built, and tested by someone who has actually needed to use it. If something is broken or could work better, we want to know — reach out on the contact page.
What We Won't Do
We don't sell your data. We don't hide costs. We don't fake urgency to get you to sign up. We don't lock features behind a paywall and call the limited version "free." If something on this site is free, it actually works as a free tool.
Got a bug report, feature request, or question? The contact page is there and we read everything.
