1. Respect for Intellectual Property
InDemand Tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Content Ownership
The tools, code, design, and original content on InDemand Tools are the property of InDemand Tools and its operators. Blog articles, tool descriptions, and editorial content are original works created by our team. The tools themselves process user-provided input and do not store, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted material.
3. User-Generated Content
Content generated through our AI tools is created in response to user prompts. Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts do not infringe on third-party copyrights and that any generated content is reviewed before publication. InDemand Tools does not claim ownership of content generated by users through our tools.
4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on InDemand Tools infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature

5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with: your name and contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
6. Repeat Infringers
InDemand Tools reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
