These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://indemandtools.com and all tools, features, and services provided by InDemand Tools ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

InDemand Tools provides a collection of free online productivity tools including, but not limited to, SEO tools, writing tools, AI content utilities, and developer tools (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided as-is and is free to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Core tools are and will remain free. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features or subscriptions in the future, but we commit that existing free functionality will not be retroactively moved behind a paywall without notice.

  • Maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store tool input beyond the duration of your session unless a history feature explicitly provides for it.

We do not warrant that:

  • The results produced by our tools are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  • Any errors will be corrected.

Tool outputs — including SEO scores, readability scores, AI-detection scores, and generated content — are for informational purposes only. Always apply your own judgment before acting on tool results.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDEMAND TOOLS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY) OR (B) $10 USD.

7. Advertising (AdSense Disclosure)

InDemand Tools is funded in part by advertising revenue through Google AdSense. Ads served through AdSense may be personalized based on your browsing history as described in our Privacy Policy. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertised product or service by InDemand Tools.

We may also, from time to time, include affiliate links in blog posts or tool descriptions. Such links will be disclosed as required by applicable law (e.g., FTC guidelines). Affiliate commissions never influence our editorial content or tool recommendations.
