What to Reach Out About
Bug reports — If a tool is broken or giving unexpected results, let us know. Include the tool name, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and your browser. That's usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it quickly.
Feature requests — We build based on what people actually need. If there's a tool you'd find useful or an improvement to an existing one, we want to hear it.
General questions — Anything else, just ask.
We aim to respond within one or two business days. We don't respond to link exchange requests, sponsored post pitches, or anything that starts with "I hope this email finds you well."
